Hi Robert,
I do accept BCBS - should be fine - please let me know the account number and 
i can get authorization if i need it or else you can just bring your card to 
the appointment - let's plan on Monday the 23rd at 9 and after the first of 
the year we can look at later times- I look forward to meeting you and call 
or email if you have any problems - i don't generally check the emails during 
the day so call or page me if you need me,
