Or is there a floppy I need? If so, can it be >generated from a file on the Windows 95 CD-ROM? Procedure: Load, DOS 6.22; Install the CD rom software provided for YOUR CD rom drive onto the hard drive or onto the diskette with the DOS 6.22; reboot the system so that you can type D: enter and it works. Then type SETUP and away you go. The hard part is getting the system to recognize the D: drive (CD ROM). The CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT MUST have the drivers in each of them that calls up the CD rom drivers from the proper directories. I recommend using \ directory for ALL CDrom drivers. That way they can be found easily. The alternative - send me the hard drive and the CDrom software and I'll install it here for you. Or I'm going to Phoenix AZ Aug. 3 'til the 11th. If you want to meet me somewhere, I'll help you out. Also if you can find someone who knows what they're doing, ask them. CDrom's can be tricky and frustrating so get all the help you can. Good luck. And I'll get 2 16 meg SIMMS for you. Then send me the ones you remove after you get the memory installed and working.
