run levels & X-Windows stuff

To change run levels, it looks like you need to login as "root" under
RedHat.  In there, there's the "SysV runlevel editor".  You need to edit
it to start run level 5.  You might also have to edit /etc/inittab and change
the "id" line so the second field is 5; there should be comments in the
file.
