Nothing much. I have sent my resume to several places w/o success. Amazingly,
the number of jobs listed on the various web sites continues to decrease.
One of the web sites has fallen all the way to zero (0) jobs.

I'm still enjoying being unemployed, however. I get to ride my bike and
I can work on my personal computer projects instead of "working for the man".

That Vancouver place (ActiveState) never called me back or contacted me. I'm
not surprised -- I probably won't be getting a job for a while, perhaps next
summer or fall.

In other news, Noelle's car is dying. The muffler came off and the transmission
needs major work. So, we're thinking of doing ZipCar (hour-based rentals) and
be carless. We'll probably be trying it at the beginning of Nov for a 60-day
trial.

How are you doing? Did you find the article I sent you interesting?
