ethernet card configuration for Windows NT

Did I tell you that I got two ethernet cards from my work for free. They
are SMC: one is an Ultra (790) and the other is the old 690. I plugged the
Ultra into my Linux machine and the 690 into my Windows NT machine, and
put a thinnet (BNC-type) between them, as per the Ethernet HOWTO.

There's plenty of doc how to configure the card on Linux, but I can't find
any on how to configure the 690 card for Windows NT. It says that I need
to look up in the Windows NT Systems Administrator Guide. How do I configure
the ethernet card for Windows NT? If you don't know, where might I get this
Windows NT Systems Administrator Guide?

Thanks.

P.S. I hope I didn't ruin the cards because I put them in a box with that
     styrofoam pop-corn in it -- I hope I didn't zap 'em. I guess I'll find
out once I start trying to configure them...
