I don't understand what you mean.  You mean, you want some sort of form to
do searches through, say, MetaCrawler or something?

I don't exactly understand about this "programming problems".  Do you mean
"programming solutions"?  Do you mean algorithms?  Do you mean projects
which haven't been completed?
