I don't know about the vitamins and minerals issues, but I do know that
caffeine _causes_ my pain. In fact, the only time that I allow myself
to have chocolate or tea (even decaffeinated) is when I know that I will
not be typing that day. I'm not sure if I'm allergic to caffeine, but it
strongly affects me.
