Don't know if this is too much to ask: I notice that RBL look-ups are
done when DBLCHECK, RSSCHECK, etc. are set, regardless of the setting of
RBLCHECK. (By "look-ups", I mean nslookup.) Is there any way that the
extraneous look-ups could be avoided when they're not requested or needed?
