Hi,
It looks like the Sound Blaster 2.x driver just doesn't work. You should
be able to use the card with the SB16 driver provided that the IRQ and DMA
settings are configured to match the jumpers on the card. You will get
warning about 8bit/mono only capability but it's harmless.
