Hi,
The problem is that your soundcard is not SB16 but something else. It
will not work with the SB16 driver of OSS. There
is probably a way to get OSS working better by configuring it for some
other soundcard.
Do you have any information about the soundcard (manufacturer/model or
preferably a list of IC chips on the card).
