weird routing/connectivity problems

I'm not sure if this problem is at my end or not.

I am unable to get through to csoft.net from the outside.  (I'm using the IP
address to get here presently.)  DNS look up consistently fails.
When doing a traceroute to one of the DNS servers, I get:
