The deal is that, for a given supermarket chain or owner, at most 3 stores
may carry liquor.

The liquor laws are truly annoying.  When we need white wine or sherry for
a recipe, and we going shopping on Sunday, we are simply SOL.

And don't get me started about mace!  Sheesh!

Ca definitely did things right.
