A more up to date website is being developed on UCITA, by a broader
coalition. I'm waiting for their press release before I can say more.
NCCUSL has passed the bill, so it is now in state legislatures. I think
that Virginia, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Washington are the primary target
states at the moment.
