Sneakemail premium service expiration warning

Just a very quick reminder that your account's premium status has
expired or will expire soon.

If it has already expired don't fear since we haven't phased in
'expiring' in 2.0 but will within the next week.

You can add 6 months of premium service for 12 dollars by logging
in to your account and selecting Account Menu->Upgrade/Payments.
Credit cards and paypal are accepted.  Our snail mail address is also
listed there for payment by check.

You can see the expiration date in Account Menu->Account status.
