It's "cancelmoose".  It's a collaborative way of marking certain Usenet
articles as likely to be SPAM.  It seems like a nifty idea.

I already do.  But killfiles are imperfect ('though I am working on a
scheme for myself which may allow me to filter out frequently-posted SPAM.
NoCeM would be better, 'though, because I wouldn't even have to deal with
the "frequently-posted" issue.)
