Thank you for ordering with Blackwell's Online Bookshop. We can confirm that 
your order has been received. You have ordered:

DESPATCH TIMES
This date is a guideline based on the normal supply time of this publisher, 
although we do hope to supply sooner. When the books are dispatched you will 
be notified by e-mail and your credit card will be charged. You will also 
receive an original invoice electronically.

PAYMENT
We will submit your order for authorisation from your payment provider (i.e. 
your card company). You will then either receive confirmation of authorisation,
 in which case your order will be forwarded to our warehouse, or you will 
receive an email indicating that your authorisation failed, in which case we 
will not be able to process your order. Please note your card will not be 
charged until the book is despatched.

CANCELLING
Once an order has been placed with us, we operate a 2 hour cooling off period, 
which allows you to cancel your order without any further implications. After 
this point we then direct your order through to our warehouse, if we have it 
in stock, or through to a publisher if we no longer hold the title. If the 
title is in stock, and you subsequently cancel after the 2 hour cooling off 
period, we will endeavour to cancel your order with the supplier providing it 
has not yet been despatched.  In the case of orders placed through to an 
external supplier we will not always be able to cancel the order, in which 
case you will be supplied with your order, however we will be happy to refund 
your order if you wish to return it (see below).

STATUS ALTERATIONS
We will contact you by e-mail if there is any alteration to the publication 
status. In the meantime you can log onto Blackwell's Online Bookshop and check 
the progress of your order on the "Order Tracker". This option appears in the 
control panel on the left-hand side of your screen. Click on the appropriate 
order to view its progress. For security reasons we will not be able to alter 
your order once you have placed it - our customer services staff will not 
substitute titles should you change your mind or, in the event of your payment 
card being refused, attempt to substitute it with other card details. Please 
place a new order if you wish to do the above, and cancel/return your 
outstanding order by visiting your account at www.blackwell.co.uk (login and 
then follow the instructions).
