cannot update my information

I want to change my information so that my "E-mail Rate" is "Never", but it
won't let me. It says "Missing a required field. Fields in red are required.",
but I have a mono-chrome monitor and cannot distinguish which is red and
which isn't.
Would you please set my "E-mail Rate" to "Never"? Thanks.
