sorry to hear it.. this is my ISP too, so i tend not to mess with things
that much..

here you have access to the gnu compilers, and the machine is quite fast,
so there's nothing to worry about in that respect.. if things get slow,
complain and i'll do something about it.. :)

qmail has been nothing but a godsend, i have to know sendmail for my
main line of work, and i don't want to deal with rules processing when i
put in my other 10 waking hours here.. secure server idea (don't run as
root! duh!) and hooks to all of the major features of everything else make
it the perfect mail processor for us..

emacs is great for when i do my coding.. i prefer vi for system file
changes (why load a huge binary to change one line?) but we keep all of
the gnu utilities up-to-date.. procmail is current up to 3.11pre4, very
useful for all of the email addresses here..

if there's any way we can serve you, let us know.. in addition, i would
request one thing in return - if you decide to go elsewhere, drop us a
line and tell us what it is we don't offer, or don't have in our favor -
every suggestion helps!

thanks a lot..
