Bus Operations Response:

Our records do not show any delays or diversion on this day.  We interviewed the operators of both trips and they
both state the trips ran as scheduled with no problems.

Nevertheless, we reminded both operators of their responsibility to adhere to the timetable.  A Mobile Supervisor
will monitor the route periodically, to be sure operators are servicing that area.

We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.  The MBTA appreciates your patronage and hopes to continue
to serve your transportation needs.
