It is/was a "'zine of 'zines".  It listed all the 'zines in the world.  I was
into that sort of thing then.  That was back when Mike Gunderloy ran it.
It is a really amazing magazine/catalog.  They were based in upper NY state,
but now I think it's based in San Francisco.
