In your Nov 14, 1997 message, you said that "You're entitled to be treated
by our own personal physician IF you've notified your employer of the
physician's name and address in writing BEFORE the injury."  Do you happen
to know if this is true in Ma?  (I just moved here from
Ca...)  If so, what is the Labor Code that indicates this policy
so I know what to ask for?  If not, do you have any ideas where I might
find out such information?
