Hi, I use a Blackburn LowRider front rack. I believe they have two models of this rack. One requires a special braze on to support the rack about half-way down the fork. The other doesn't require any special braze ons and comes with all the necessary hardware to bolt the rack to the fork. It does require that your front rack have a eyelet on the fork dropout. Most touring bicycles will have this eyelet as well as rigid fork mountain bikes, what doesn't have it is front-suspension fork mountain bikes. I would think any bicycle shop that has the racks will check your bicycle to see if you can mount it if you take your bicycle by when you shop for the rack. I hope you have a good tour. Dan.
