Hi. I've seen you at CalLUG meetings, but at the last one, I did not get a chance to talk with you. CPSR (Computer Professionals for Social Responsibility) Berkeley (see www.cpsr.org) is always looking for speakers and we thought that we could invite a "cypherpunk" type to describe the latest news regarding privacy on the net and perhaps also present all the options available on the internet to preserve people's privacy (i.e., going into the technical details). Would you be willing to make such a presentation? If not, do you know anyone who lives in the Bay Area who might be willing to make such a presentation? We cannot offer pay for these presentations/talks at this point. Sorry. We regularly meet at BMUG in downtown Berkeley at 2055 Center St. on the last Thursday every month. We were hoping to find someone for either the February or March meetings. Thanks. P.S. Sorry, the PGP key for this e-mail is not on my home page, but it is on a public key server.
