Your User ID is your domain name without the "www" and your password is the one you assigned when you initiated the transfer which is case sensitive. If you have problems with login at that time, please visit http://FAQDomain.com and click on "Account Login." NAMESERVERS The nameservers are not changed during the registrar transfer process so there should be no down time for your web site if you are using a hosting company's nameservers. If you are using the nameservers of your current registrar, your previous settings may not be functionable after your transfer is successful. You have the option of changing to outside nameservers or using our nameservers. Once the domain is transferred successfully to us, you do have the option of using our nameservers for our free features such as email forwarding and web site pointing or using outside nameservers. You can update your nameservers from your control panel 24/7. CHANGING TO OUTSIDE NAMESERVERS You can easily update your nameservers that are used by a web hosting company or other outside DNS service. For future reference, please find below the instructions regarding how you can change the nameservers in your domain control panel to outside nameservers. 1) Login to manage your domain - you can do this directly at http://RegistryLogin.com 2) In your domain control panel click on "Nameservers". 3) Select "Your own Nameservers" under the "Use" pull down menu. 4) Type in one or more nameserver names such as ns1.webhosting.com - do not input the IP addresses, just the nameserver names. 5) Click "Modify" to save the changes. 6) Please note that once your changes are saved, it may take 24- 48 hours for your nameserver changes to be updated across the Internet. Keep checking on web browser resolution and email function to test when your nameservers have been fully updated in the Internet registry made available to all Internet service providers. For more information regarding Nameserver Management please refer to http://RegistryNameservers.com.
