Thanks. > > Mark Anti-inflammatories did help, but only in dosages higher than recommended. (I was doing this during the worst part of my injury.) I found that after doing stretches and so on that the amount of anti-inflammatories needed to control my pain decreased. Now, I don't use 'em at all -- ice is sufficient for that sorta thing.
