finger in 4.1?

For the life of me, I cannot find "finger" on any of the RPMS that come with
RH 4.1. I admit that I have not found a way to query or list the contents
of an uninstalled package using the "rpm" command.
Does anyone know where "finger" lives? If not, does anyone know how I might
find it?
