Hi.  I was wondering if you ever resolved this.  I have exactly the same
problem.  I got it to work if I run this by hand:

pci-config -S -#10
pci-config -W -#10

(#10 is the ethernet card device).  But, if I put this into my booting 
scripts, it doesn't work.  I was hoping that a different/better device
driver will fix the problem...
