eyeglasses were not repaired

I received my glasses today.  I was happy that the prescription was
filled, but was disappointed that the frames were not repaired.  In fact,
the makeshift screw which I had put in there was missing, and there was
nothing holding the left temple onto the frame.

I'll have to take my glasses to a local shop to get the frames repaired.
