5 minutes rest for every 10 minutes of typing/mousing.

My main problem is that StopNow! only gives audio cues.  I sometimes have
my headphones plugged in w/o them being on my head and so I fail to hear
the break sound.  I want something very much like StopNow!, but with
visual cues instead of audio ones.
