ERISA is the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Injured workers 
who have private disability insurance from their employers, NOT 
Workers Comp., that's diffeent, fall under ERISA. Should you need an 
attorney if the private disability insur. co. wants to end your 
benefits, i.e., cut you off, then you need to find an attorney under 
ERISA, one whos specializes in Labor Disputes, which is what they
