a free Unix Scheme compiler for Windows NT?

Has anyone ported any free Unix-based Scheme compiler to Windows NT,
perhaps via GNU-WIN32?  Facing a future of Visual C++ 4.0, I'm trying
my best to find a more reasonable alternative.
